Henna

Henna/Mehndi has been used as a form of body painting/decoration and hair and skin dye for thousands of years across many cultures and countries alike.

Henna is practised in countries including India, Africa and the middle eastern countries and is believed to bring love and good fortune and to protect you against evil. It is usually applied before a marriage on the hand and feet, or on any joyous occassion, but now in more modern days people use it as day to day decoration.

Henna has been documented as far back as 1200 bc, when the Egyptians used it as a hair and nail dye, and in India the desert people used it on the skin to cool there body temperatures down.

We only use the natural red/brown henna and will never entertain the use of black henna as it has serious side effects and can cause skin burns due to its un-natural chemicals added.

W can be available for henna parties and all other services.
